Should Lady Jane Grey been executed, along with her husband, Guildford Dudley?

Should Lady Jane Grey been executed, along with her husband, Guildford Dudley?
My answer: no.
First, Lady Jane, didn't want the crown to begin with. Her Father, Henry Grey, 1st Duke of Suffolk, and most importantly, John Dudley, 1st Duke of Northumberland, Guildford' father, wanted this, not Jane herself. 
Second, she was no threat. Practically all of England was for Mary being Queen as they believed Henry's true Act of Succession. 
Third, Even by executing Jane, who was a protestant, Mary still had Elizabeth, who was also a protestant, to contend with. Mary knew the truth about Jane and that she had no hopes of taking the throne. Mary had an army, Jane did not. 
 I think Mary, as Queen, wanted to show England and the world, that she or the Catholic religion was not to be toyed with.

She should not have had LJGrey executed and I speculate that she really would not have done so if it was not for the second rebellion involving LJGrey's father and Queen Mary's perspective bride groom, her cousin King Phillip of Spain - he and Q Mary's pro spanish ministers pushed her to do this and it was her weakness in wanting to marry K Phillip far above anything else that really mattered, including poor LJGrey's life and above the opinion of her subjects who feared a the might of Spain 's potential influence on the Queen and therefore in English political affairs. Q Mary shows that by executing LJGrey for a husband, also had that Tudor ruthless streak in her - LJGrey was considered young at 16/17 years of age even at that time to be executed.
